Cancellation & Refund Policy – Paykar India
Once a User chooses to avail any service plan/offer announced by Paykar India and agrees to buy that plan/offer by due payment for that plan/offer to Paykar India, such payment by User shall not be refunded by Paykar India under any circumstances whatsoever. Please note that such act of buying Paykar India’s plan is irreversible process under the applicable law.
Post receipt of payment from the User for the above-mentioned plan, Paykar India shall create User ID in its system ONLY post successful KYC verification of such User. If the User is unable to get successful KYC done, Paykar India shall not be able to create User ID of such User. Thus, in order to avail Paykar India services on its portal, User has to mandatorily get his successful KYC verification done.
Post User Id creation, while availing various services on Paykar India portal, a transactions which have failed for any reason directly attributable to Paykar India and Paykar India has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User’s bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User’s email id registered with Paykar India. Please note that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes. However, for cases where User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services, User is required to submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to customer care Email ID given on this website. Paykar India shall enquire the matter after receiving the complaint from the User and based on the enquiry Paykar India may refund the payment. In all cases, SKPE’s liability will be restricted to providing User a valid refund to the extent of corresponding payment received by Paykar India with respect to a particular transaction. Paykar India shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of failed services on our system.
User accepts that this refund policy is subject to all the terms and conditions as stated in the Agreement of the User/business associate/retailer/distributor with Paykar India.
At Paykar India, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure fair and smooth resolutions in case of failed or unintended transactions. Please read the policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled for our various services.
AEPS, DMT, and Micro ATM Transactions
Once a transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled.
In case of a failed or incomplete transaction (where the amount is debited but service is not delivered), a refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
If the amount is not reversed within the expected time, users can raise a support ticket via our Helpdesk or call our Customer Support Team.
Recharge and Bill Payment Services
All mobile, DTH, utility bill payments, and credit card bill transactions are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.
If a recharge or payment fails but the amount is debited, the system will auto-reverse the amount to the user’s wallet or bank account within 24–48 working hours.
If the reversal is not received, users must contact support with transaction details for manual investigation and refund.
Travel Bookings (Bus/Flight Tickets)
Cancellations for travel services are subject to the airline’s or bus operator’s cancellation policy.
Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Processing time for refunds is typically 7–10 working days post cancellation confirmation from the travel provider.
Paykar service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
PAN Card and Other Government Services
Fees paid for PAN card processing or similar government services are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
In case of failed submission or system error, users are eligible for reprocessing or refund based on verification.
Wallet Top-up & Settlements
Wallet top-ups done by the user are non-refundable unless there is a technical failure.
If money is debited but the wallet is not credited, the amount will be reversed within 3–5 business days.
No refunds will be issued for wallet amounts used in successful transactions.
General Guidelines
All refund claims must be raised within 7 days from the date of transaction.
Paykar India reserves the right to refuse refunds for services that were availed successfully or where customer negligence is evident.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or user wallet, as applicable.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar (India).
